Amram Knishinsky, PhD
            Mr. Knishinsky is a lead developer in the proposed project.  Mr. Knishinsky has been a real estate developer for over 30 years. He also has significant experience in marketing and retail.  Mr. Knishinsky has developed shopping centers, office buildings and apartment complexes, as well as the first for-profit aquarium in the United States in Newport, Kentucky, the Odysea Experience at the Mohegan Sun Casino in Connecticut.  Mr. Knishinsky received his PhD from Arizona State University and his MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.

Martin Pollack
            Mr. Pollack is a developer in the proposed project.  Mr. Pollack was a senior lending officer in the import/export department of a major financing company for a number of years.  Mr. Pollack has been a financial officer for numerous companies in the food, finance and real estate industry for over 30 years.  Mr. Pollack has co-developed shopping centers, office buildings and apartment complexes, as well as the Newport Aquarium.  Mr. Pollack is a graduate of City College, New York.

Rubin Stahl
Mr. Stahl was the former President of the West Edmonton Mall, the largest mall in the world and the first mall in the world to have entertainment components.  Mr. Stahl owned and operated several chain stores and restaurants in Canada for over 30 years.  Mr. Stahl has spearheaded the development of 22 Canadian shopping centers and was involved in the development of a unique retail-themed operation in Connecticut.
